Canoe Kayak Ontario (CKO) has developed a Talent Acceleration Program (TAP), targeted towards developing the LTAD Training to Train (T2T) stage athlete.  The first phase of TAP is to host a CKO Summit on November 1 & 2, 2014 and provide strategies to athletes, parents and coaches on how to enhance the development of T2T athletes along the Athlete Pathway.

We are very excited at the number of experts presenting at the summit, including Keynote Speaker, Jason Dorland, Olympian and author of 'Chariots and Horses'

There is also a number of workshops designed for Board of Directors, volunteers and officials.  For a complete list of presentations and summit agenda, please see the attached information package.

In addition to the presentations, OCSRA will host the coaches' 2014 season review and 2015 planning session on Saturday night.  CKO and OCSRA's Annual General Meeting will also be included in the summit weekend.

The cost of the event is $20, which includes event registration, continental breakfast and lunch, as well as a FREE copy of Jason's book 'Chariots and Horses' to the first 50 registrations!  Athletes, parents and coaches are strongly encouraged to attend.
